I find Praveena's yoga classes to be the perfect combination of calming, encouraging, and challenging. I always feel great afterwards and am grateful that I made the time to go to her class. Praveena has a deep understanding of anatomy and kinesiology and she does a fantastic job of incorporating that into her classes. She often talks about which muscles we are using during movements and I find myself thinking about it and reviewing it in my head later during other classes. She goes out of her way to make sure everyone is doing the poses safely and correctly to their individual abilities. Overall, I love her kind, calm, and technical approach to teaching. -Teresa Short

I started doing yoga with my 2 young daughters on Friday evenings, with Praveena as our instructor, as a way to let go of all of the stresses of the work/school week, and to ease into a more restful mindset the weekend. We so enjoy listening to Praveena's soothing voice as she provides instruction, guidance, and plenty of encouragement during class, and we always leave her class feeling incredibly relaxed and restored. Praveena taught me to appreciate the value of yoga and take care of myself through my practice. I started taking her prenatal class at 10 weeks prego having only taken one yoga class before. Almost a year post birth of my first child, yoga has become a part of my life. Even if I can't go to class every week, Praveena had taught me how to live in the moment and apply yoga's concepts thought my stressful day.
